Hi everyone,
I have been doing more playing with virus scanning since I have had Norton 
server side virus scanning working for incoming E-mail and Http for a month 
or so. Which by the way is working great. It has already stopped four 
viruses from making it to the end users, even Nimda. Good Norton.

I purchased McAfee Virus scan 6.0 yesterday and installed it today on a 
client computer not the proxy. Problem, the auto update does not work 
through the proxy server. If I setup the computer to bypass the proxy 
server the auto update works great.

I thought the problem was that McAfee auto update uses FTP to get the 
updates and I enabled the FTP gateway. Wrong. I watched it use http to get 
the updates. Any ideas what is happening and how to fix it?
